Customers may request cancellation by contacting Irza Tours & Travel through email or phone.

Cancellation Charges

• More than 30 days before travel: 10% cancellation charge.
• 15–30 days before travel: 25% cancellation charge.
• 7–14 days before travel: 50% cancellation charge.
• Less than 7 days before travel: 100% cancellation charge.

No-Show Policy

No refunds will be provided for no-shows, unused services, early departures, or missed activities.

Weather and Road Conditions

Kashmir travel may occasionally be affected by weather, road closures, or government restrictions. Alternative arrangements may be offered where possible.

Cancellation by Company

If Irza Tours & Travel cancels a booking due to operational reasons, customers may be offered an alternative package or a refund, subject to supplier policies.
