Refunds are processed according to the cancellation terms applicable to the booked service.

• A booking is cancelled within the applicable cancellation period.
• Services cannot be provided due to reasons attributable to Irza Tours & Travel.

Non-Refundable Charges

• Processing fees
• Government fees and permits
• Hotel retention charges
• Transportation reservation charges
• Third-party booking charges

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

Partial Refunds

Certain bookings may qualify for partial refunds depending on supplier policies and expenses already incurred.

Special Conditions

Refund eligibility may vary depending on the hotel, transport provider, season, and package booked.
