Customer Responsibilities

Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, safety concerns, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Irza Tours & Travel acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers such as hotels, transport operators, and guides. We are not liable for delays, accidents, natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, weather conditions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
